.Jewelry shipments will arrive via UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service unless another carrier is requested. Per .our local carriers request, jewelry shipments must ship either overnight or 2day and are shipped delivery confirmation with a signature required. These items are fully insured. UPS and USPS covers the first $100. It costs $1 for each additional $100 worth of insurance after that. These fees are added to the 2day or overnight charges. Customer pays shipping fees.

.UPS will NOT ship loose stones or ship to P.O. Boxes. Loose gemtone orders and P.O. Box deliveries will arrive via USPS.

.Posters will arrive in a poster tube and will ship USPS ground. Please allow 3-5 business days.

.If there is EVER a discrepancy with a guaranteed delivery contact us immediately for information and tracking. Tracking numbers are available upon request.

.If payment is made through check or money order, payment must clear before shipping.
